Why Helper cannot see the game
If the bot does not see the game window, the cause is usually visibility or launch order: the game is not open, MuMu is not running, the window is minimized, covered, the wrong window is selected, or the emulator is frozen.
Window titles such as Android Device or changed window names can also matter. Do not change everything at once; follow a short troubleshooting checklist.
Checklist
Open MuMu and Tiles Survive, bring the window to the front, keep it uncovered, check the selected window, then restart Helper. If the emulator is frozen, restart MuMu and wait for the game to load fully.
Check Windows scaling, resolution, window position, and stable viewport. If the window changes during work, detection can become unstable.
If the issue repeats
Prepare a short description: what was running, whether Windows sees the window, the window title, whether size changed, and when the issue started. If you make a screenshot, hide personal data.
